The member portal is shared by SFK and SYD — two non-profit Swedish skydiving sports clubs, both affiliated with the Swedish Skydiving Federation. Membership in either club is open to qualified skydivers; applications are made via the respective club websites at skydiveskane.se and skydivesyd.se.

This page is for people who need help with the member portal — the website medlemsportal.hew.dev and the iOS / Android apps (collectively the "service").

Frequently asked questions

My account isn't approved — what do I do?

New accounts have to be approved manually by club administrators before they're activated. This usually takes a few days. If it's been more than a week, contact the club board directly or email support.

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You'll get an email with a reset link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

How do I log a jump?

Go to Logbook → Log new jump. Fill in the date, altitude, drop zone, discipline, and any notes. The jump is saved straight to your personal logbook.

How do I export my logbook?

Go to Logbook, tap the menu icon, and choose Export. You can pick PDF or CSV. The export runs in the background — you'll get a notification when it's ready.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Profile and scroll down to "Delete account". You can also visit medlemsportal.hew.dev/delete-account without signing in. Personal data is scrubbed immediately; logbook entries are kept in anonymised form because of federation requirements.

I'm not receiving push notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications and in your device's system settings. If the problem persists, try signing out and back in — that refreshes the device's notification token.

I'm having trouble with the iOS app

Email support with:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • Which version of the app you have (shown at the bottom of Settings → Profile)
  • What happened and what you were trying to do
